Cemetery transcription by members of the Jacksonville Area
Genealogical and Historical Society
Situated four miles south of Rees Station, this cemetery is in the
southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 10 of Township 13
N Range 9 W. Remnants of grave markers are scattered over the area, only
one tombstone remains erect. Remains of a wooden fence can still be seen
under a few trees, but most of the burials appear to have been made to
the west of the fenced area. The cemetery lies to the east of, and in sight
of the nearest road.
